Returns of products are subject to Patchcordsonline.com's current returns policy, these policies may be subject to additional or lesser returns right dependent on the manufacturer of the product. The Terms and Conditions of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the customer and Patchcordsonline.com. Any terms contained in customers' purchase orders, or their own terms and conditions shall have no effect.
Any and all returns for refund must be authorized by Patchcordsonline.com within 90 days of the delivery date, and prior to the customer returning the goods. Items returned for a refund MUST be undamaged and in their original packaging, any items returned that are damaged or incomplete will be returned and a refund will not be issued. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable!
Replacements will be provided for any faulty or defective product within the warranty period of that product. Replacements will ONLY be for the same product/part number, we are unable to exchange one product for a different item. If we request the return of a defective item we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment after the defective goods have been received. If we have not requested a return then the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method 1-2 business days later.
Out of Stock or Discontinued Items
If you return a product for replacement and it is out of stock or has been discontinued at the point in time the item has been received, the returns team will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or a store credit.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
If you have incorrectly ordered an item (wrong color, size, etc.) you have 10 business days from when you receive your order to contact us. After this time we will be unable to exchange any incorrectly ordered goods, shipping charges to return the original good will be the responsibility of the customer.
Custom orders are not returnable or refundable. If the product is defective in any way then we will issue a replacement for the faulty goods.
There are no restocking fees for cable purchases of any type. For Kendall Howard products there will be a 20% restocking fee charged if you are not repurchasing a different Kendall Howard product.
We cannot refund any shipping charges, either for the original order or for returning the goods to us. The ONLY time shipping charges will be refunded is if the item being returned due to it being defective AND it was the only item in the order. If there are other items in the order that you are keeping we cannot issue a refund on shipping charges.
Patchcordsonline.com is not liable for any packages that the customer is returning that are lost or damaged. It is important that any goods that are returned are done so via a traceable and insurable shipping service.
How to Return Goods
Any type of return requires an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, we cannot accept any return for processing without this number. Please contact us to obtain an RMA number.
Mailing Your Return
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package, please note:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, we do not provide return labels.
- Make sure that you have included a return address on the package.
- The package must be mailed back to us within 10 business days.
- Packages postmarked outside the 10 day window will be refused.
- It may take up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for it to be fully processed.
Note: We recommend you insure your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit, and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Patchcordsonline.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once We Have Received Your Return
- When a refund is due, that refund can only be issued via the original payment method.
- Kendall Howard and some fiber products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- A restocking fee will be charged for any goods that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
