Returns of products are subject to Patch Cords Online's current returns policy; these policies may be subject to additional or lesser returns depending on the product's manufacturer. The Terms and Conditions of Sale represent the complete and final agreement between the customer and Patchcordsonline.com. Any terms contained in customer purchase orders or their terms and conditions shall have no effect.
Any and all returns for refund must be authorized by Patch Cords Online within 30 days of the delivery date and before the customer returning the goods. Airconsole products have a 30-day refund policy enforced by the manufacturer.
Items returned for a refund MUST be undamaged. In their original packaging, any items returned that are damaged or incomplete will be returned, and we will not issue a refund. Shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable!
We will provide replacements for any faulty or defective product within the warranty period of that product. Replacements will ONLY be for the same product/part number; we cannot exchange one product for a different item.
If we request the return of a defective item, we will email you a pre-paid UPS return shipping label; we will issue the refund to your original payment method after the faulty goods have been received.
If we have not requested a return, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method 1-2 business days later.
Out of Stock or Discontinued Items
If you return a product for replacement and it is out of stock or has been discontinued at the point in time the item has been received, the returns team will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or a store credit.
Incorrectly Ordered Goods
If you have incorrectly ordered an item (wrong color, size, etc.), you have ten business days from the delivery date to contact us. After this time, we will be unable to exchange any incorrectly ordered goods; shipping charges to return the original products will be the customer's responsibility.
Custom orders are not returnable or refundable. If the product is defective, then we will issue a replacement for the faulty goods.
Select products may be subject to 15-25% restocking fees.
We cannot refund any shipping charges, either for the original order or returning the goods to us. The ONLY time shipping charges will be refunded if the item is returned because it is defective, AND it was the only item in the order. If there are other items in the order you are keeping, we cannot refund shipping charges.
Patch Cords Online is not liable for any packages that the customer is returning lost or damaged. Any goods that are returned must be done so via a traceable and insurable shipping service.
Starting the RMA Process
Please submit a request leaving as much information as you can, including your order number. If your order was damaged, please attach any relevant images.
Mailing Your Return
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package; please note:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer; we do not provide return labels.
- Make sure that you have included a return address on the package.
- The package must be mailed back to us within ten business days.
- Packages postmarked outside the 10-day window will be refused.
- It may take up to 14 business days after receiving your return for it to be fully processed.
We recommend you insure your package if it is lost or damaged in transit and use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery. Patch Cords Online is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Once We Have Received Your Return
When a refund is due, we can only issue that refund via the original payment method.
Airconsole and some fiber products are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We will charge a restocking fee for any goods that are returned in an unsaleable condition.
